¿HOW DOES THE AUDIT PROCESS FOR OUTSOURCED SERVICES WORK?
- The client is granted a software license for its use.
- The client can choose to manage the audit process with our software or can ask the ControlPro team to manage the entire process.
- Each supplier must upload the required documentation on the platform on a monthly basis.
- With the information uploaded, the software performs the intelligent evaluation, concluding on the level of risk of each outsourced provider (using a traffic light system).
- This control allows early warning of possible labour contingency situations.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CONTROLLING OUTSOURCED SERVICES?
Security
It shifts the liability that the law imposes from first to second degree. (law 18.099 & 18.251). As a general rule, companies who outsource services are responsible in the first degree (joint and several liability) with the direct employer for labour and social security aspects.
The audits will allow your business to know the level of monthly compliance of your suppliers. In the event of irregularities, immediate action can be taken (withholdings).

HOW DOES THE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS SOFTWARE OPERATE?
- The client is granted a software license for its use.
- The client can choose to manage the Works process with our software or can ask the ControlPro team to manage the entire process.
- The client uploads the different construction works he owns or is in charge.
- Through a system of authorizations, the contractors and subcontractors are registered before the BPS, with all the needed information.
- In this way, the processes of opening, suspension and closure of Works, and registration and de-registration of contractors and subcontractors are systematized.
- As a result, there is traceability of the scope of each work, facilitating the handling of codes for the payment of the Unified Construction Contribution, and the issuance of the BPS Common Certificate.
- The traceability of the works provides security, avoiding unwanted deviations in the process, offering transparency.

When requesting the final appraisal for the closing of the building work (F9), your company will have the traceability of the contractors and subcontractors, labour budgets and periods of registration.

How does Access Control work?
- The Client is granted the software license, and can choose to manage it itself or ask the ControlPro team to manage it.
- Depending on the industry, there may be specific regulations that must be followed in relation to access to the company’s property. Together with the Client, the different aspects to be verified for access in each case are customised.
- Each Supplier receives a username and password to upload to the system the documentation and data requested for the entry of their employees, machinery and Occupational Health and Safety information.
- The software generates a provisional access and later the ControlPro team validates the data, approving the definitive access.
- Access control allows to verify that the company, its personnel and machinery are in conditions for entry, avoiding possible security risks.
