Dolores leads the Labour Law and Social Security Department, with broad experience in consultancy services on individual and collective Labour Law.
Lawyer, (University of the Republic). Dolores is an expert in Labour and Social Security Law, both in consultancy and litigation.

She has actively participated in the field of collective negotiation, both at company level and at the Salary Council. She has also taken part in important restructuring personnel processes, as well as due diligence processes required for mergers and acquisitions.
More than ten tears of work in PriceWaterhouseCoopers contributed to the specialization in Social Security Contributions and Personal Income Tax.
Her participation in mega projects such as the building and assembly of Pulp Mills for Botnia (2005-2007) and Montes del Plata (2010-2013), the construction of the regasification plant in Sayago (2014-2016) where diverse national and international suppliers participated, positioned Dolores as leader in the counselling of projects that integrate construction, assembly and other related services.
She is recognized in the market by the ControlPro® tool, specialized in the control of outsourced services, through the development of three platforms: Outsourced Services Control (verifies level of compliance with labour and social security aspects), Building Works Management (tool that coordinates the performance of contractors and subcontractors in building works) and Access Management (tool that controls compliance of basic documents for external suppliers and their employees)
She actively participated as a rapporteur in several national and international congresses of labour and social security law. She is recognized for her national publications on labour and social security subjects.

She has been acknowledged by prestigious international legal publishers such as “Chambers&Partners”, since 2013 for her outstanding performance in the area of Labour Law. This ranking is based on the opinion of clients and colleagues in the local market. Dolores has also been recognized by “PLC WhichLawyer”, “Who´sWho Legal”, and “Legal 500”.
