Andrés leads the Civil & Commercial Law Department of the Firm. He has an extensive experience in private investment financing projects. In addition, he led important structured real estate projects through different types of trusts.

Lawyer, (University of the Republic). Master in Business Law (University of Montevideo). Specialist in Commercial Law, financing structures and Real Estate. In addition, he has participated in outstanding financing projects and / or refinancing of private investments. He constantly advises recognized fiduciary firms and leads important structured real estate projects through different types of trusts. Moreover, he was part of the teaching team of Commercial Law of the University of the Republic.
