In October 2007, ASFM was founded with the goal of establishing from day one a different approach to practicing law and building relationships with those who work with us. A path defined by commitment and transparency—qualities valued by all of us at ASFM, and even more so by the clients who have placed something so extremely important and valuable in our hands: their trust.
Throughout our years of experience, we have prioritized the pursuit of innovative solutions, striving for excellence and efficiency in both processes and timing. We are dynamic, standing by our clients and seeking solutions where others may not even look.
If there is something that prompted us to form one of the most recognised, respected and competent Uruguayan firms, is doing things in a different way.
Innovating, searching for excellence and efficiency both in time and processes, being dynamic, and tearing down bureaucracies. Putting ourselves on the client’s side, looking for solutions where no one searches, and placing our name and effort in each job, regardless of its magnitude. But first and foremost; working to build relationships of trust. Because we know that it is increasingly difficult to trust, and that is our most precious value.
