DOLORES STORACE

Dolores is an expert in Labor Law and Social Security, with broad experience in the provision of consultancy services on individual and collective Labor Law. She is the head of the Labor Consultancy Services section. She is highly regarded for her prestigious publications at a national level and for her participation in important fora.
 
(Born in 1972) Attorney at Law (Universidad de la República, Law School). Dolores is an expert in Labor Law and Social Security, with broad experience in the provision of consultancy services on individual and collective Labor Law, as well as in litigation. She has actively participated in the field of collective negotiation, both at company level and at the Wages Council. She has taken part in important staff restructuring processes, as well as due diligence processes. She worked for the Consultancy Firm PricewaterhouseCoopers for more than ten years, specializing in Special Social Security Contributions and Personal Income Tax. She has solid experience in consultancy services on Safety and Hygiene at Work, resulting mainly from her work in the construction industry sector. She has extensive expertise on suppliers’ documentation control processes, having led the teams in charge of such processes in the construction works for Botnia (UPM) and Montes del Plata in the city of Rio Negro. She took part in various national academic and scientific fora.

• Member of the Uruguayan Labor and Social Security Association.
